Do I need to provide a credit card?
A credit card is required for this service.
How often will I be billed?
You will be automatically billed each month, on the same date that your service began. For example, if you start your service on the 15th of March, your first payment will be on the 15th of April.
Can I pay in advance (i.e., for several months of service)?
You can pay in advance for the monthly service fee, though a credit card is still required for your account, in the rare case of monthly overages beyond the limit of what your plan includes. If you prefer to pay multiple months in advance please contact your SNS account manager or authorized reseller.
Can I do just a partial month of service?
The service is provided and billed on a full month cycle.
Why haven't I been billed yet?
Billing occurs at the end of each cycle (similar to the way your phone service is billed). Your invoice will include the monthly service fee and any overages.
Why did I receive a bill after I canceled my service?
When your service begins, you will not receive a bill until the end of a full, monthly billing cycle. Therefore, your final bill may arrive several days/weeks after you cancel your service.
How do I cancel the service?
You can cancel the service from within your SNS Cloud VPN dashboard. Your service will be terminated and you will receive your final bill at the end of your regular billing cycle.
