Symptom
Your iSCSI target requires the initiator to have an IQN-formatted name.
Resolution
Most versions of the globalSAN initiator create a default initiator name in the NAA format rather than EUI or IQN. You may change the default value to the IQN format if preferred, by simply over-riding the default NAA string in the initiator's preference pane (in System Preferences).
