Files can be public or private
Files sent to Outpost from ShareBrowser or from Adobe Premiere can be set to Private or Public visibility. Private files require a user be invited to the file by an email address which can be added on upload or later from Outpost. Public files are visible to anyone with a link.

Files can be changed to public by the owner or an admin
The sharing options can be managed by the file owner or an Admin at the top of the page where you view the file.
This button will allow you to invite other users, approve or revoke access requests and change the file between public and private.
Changing the file to public will show the following message:
Users without permission can request access
When navigating to the private link without access to the file, you will see the following page:
Once access is requested the owner of the file will receive an email with a prompt to approve the request.
Access can be granted on the sharing page
The email will take them to Outpost where clicking the share button will allow them to approve the request.
Access can be revoked
The file owner or an Admin can revoke permissions at anytime from the same share form.
