For Windows Version 1709, OS Build 16299
If SANmp is already installed when running this Windows update, it will not launch correctly afterwards, and will require uninstall/reinstall. You'll find the current SANmp version here.
In this Windows version, it is possible to mount volumes if allowing a drive letter to be automatically assigned. Windows will crash and restart if an attempt is made to manually assign a drive letter when mounting, mount to a directory, or if the permission mode is changed without first unmounting the volume.
Once a volume is mounted, changing the mount type (R/W, R/O, etc.) will require first unmounting the volume.
This is addressed as of version 4.3.1.106.
Be sure to disconnect from the SAN storage and uninstall any installed SANmp version before installing the current version, which can be downloaded at https://www.snsftp.com/public/SANmp/Windows/.
