If you are trying to connect to a Volume in Windows ShareBrowser and are receiving the "Some Operations Failed" message, then there may be a conflict with your NAS Configuration Data for that Volume.
First, make sure that there is only one IP Address listed for EVO in your ShareBrowser Preferences. Then, see if this IP matches the IP listed at the bottom of the ShareBrowser window. If it does not, then the Volume's configuration data needs to be reset.
This can occur when there has been a network change involving this computer and its designated EVO IP.
This can be usually be resolved with a simple reset process.
1. Open ShareBrowser Admin on any machine in the environment.
2. Choose the Volume that will not connect.
3. Click on "Volume Maintenance" button.
4. Choose the "Reset" tab.
5. Click the "Reset Configuration Data" button.
If this does not seem to take care of the issue, please contact SNS Support.
Update 17 August 2017: If you are receiving this error after upgrading to ShareBrowser version 4.4 and are using Avid emulation, please see this article.
